Common questions

Where is my practice data?

On your device, and only there. EarTrainer has no accounts and makes no network requests — see the privacy policy.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open any locked exercise or level and tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen. There is no account to sign into — it uses the Apple ID already signed into the App Store on your device.

Does the unlock work for my family?

Yes. The one-time unlock has Family Sharing enabled, so everyone in your App Store family group gets it with your single purchase.

No sound?

EarTrainer plays audio even with the ring/silent switch on. If you hear nothing, check the volume buttons and whether your audio is routed to a Bluetooth device (AirPods in another room are the usual culprit).
